CloudLinux was looking for an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager - (remote-only opportunity)

TuxCare is hiring an Enterprise Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness through targeted, region-specific marketing efforts. In this remote-only role, you will collaborate closely with sales, partner, and product teams to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute regional campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC using tactics like ABM, digital ads, email, field events, webinars, and localized content.
  • Align closely with Sales to understand regional goals and target accounts, driving lead-generation efforts.
  • Travel to support high-impact field events and conferences in priority regions, particularly across EMEA.
  • Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up for field events, trade shows, and partner-hosted activities.
  • Own regional pipeline metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
  • Tailor content and messaging to resonate with regional audiences and industries.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to ensure field initiatives are aligned and amplified.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in B2B field marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams with campaign strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing events, webinars, or roadshows.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the open-source ecosystem or Linux-based infrastructure.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems or OEMs.
  • Exposure to ABM strategies.
