Uptalent.io is hiring a part-time Marketing & Content Strategist to help grow our high-performing interior design and renovation brand. In this 20-hour per week, remote role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic content, marketing initiatives, and product visibility.
What You'll Do
- Review existing offers, emails, and website pages to boost conversions.
- Write and repurpose content across Instagram, blog, email, and YouTube.
- Set up and manage affiliate income streams, including Amazon and select brand links.
- Help refine and position a new flagship course for launch.
- Advise on content, funnels, and potential brand partnerships.
- Make fast, strategic decisions that add value and grow the business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience driving revenue in a content-driven or product-based online business.
- Experience with digital products, courses, or affiliate programs.
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write a funnel, caption, and blog in our brand's tone.
- Knowledge of basic UX and CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, SEO content, and/or YouTube repurposing.
- Experience working with (or understanding of) the lifestyle, design, or interiors space.

- Ideally based in Australia or a time zone that overlaps.
