Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) is hiring a National Key Account Manager responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals by identifying, developing, and capitalizing on major Key Account opportunities. You will focus on large, multi-location customers in sectors such as Managed Services and High Traffic. This role requires extensive national and regional travel.
What You'll Do
- Develop, convey, and execute written business plans to achieve individual and team objectives for strategic Key Accounts.
- Develop and expand executive-level contacts and relationships within your assigned Key Account portfolio.
- Create and execute Key Account Sales Campaigns from beginning to end to maximize sales growth for each customer.
- Coordinate with Global Key Account Managers, Regional Director of Sales, District Managers, and Digital Sales Managers on plans for identifying and converting Key Account locations.
- Actively participate in Regional and/or District sales meetings to ensure Key Account sales plans are communicated and achieved.
- Regularly communicate on the status of plans, competitive activity, pricing, risks, and opportunities.
- Actively support the development of Key Account team members by mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Establish and maintain highly effective business partnerships with distributors focusing on Key Accounts and establish joint strategies to accelerate growth.
- Ensure Kimberly-Clark Key Account agreements are clearly communicated and effectively implemented at all locations.
- Establish, maintain, audit, and review contractual 'Corporate Agreements' for large multi-location end users.
- Consistently document and maintain detailed account and opportunity history by utilizing salesforce.com.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in sales experience.
- 7+ years working with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong oral and written communications skills and strong executive-level presentation skills.
- Proof of a successful sales track record.
- Tactfully aggressive with a bias towards action.
- Travel up to 50% of the time by car and/or plane required.
- A clean driving record.
- Demonstrable skills and proficiency in personal computer systems and applications.
- Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development.
Nice to Have
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Segments (Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Building Services, Lodging, High Traffic, Food Service and Entertainment) and applicable distribution channels.
- Five or more years of documented sales success and experience in related markets.
- Proof of a successful track record, preferably placing the candidate in the Top 10% of the Sales Force.

You will work collaboratively with KCP internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Channel Managers, Hybrid Sales Teams, Digital Sales Teams, Demand Generation Teams, Pricing Teams, and Data Analytics Teams.
