Ferguson Enterprises is hiring a National Accounts Manager – Millennium and RP Lighting - Residential Builders. You will be responsible for developing, growing, and leading our Single Family Residential Builder segment by building strategic partnerships with builders and distributors to drive sales growth and ensure profitable programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement builder strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
- Call on builders and distributors directly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Create and develop partnership programs and agreements that secure long-term business arrangements.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for builders and distributors on product offerings.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics across channels.
- Work with outside sales agencies and regional sales managers to generate customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate weekly with all functional departments including Product Development, Finance, Credit, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, trends, competitive positioning, and budget adherence.
- Implement a category strategy based on business needs.
- Review quarterly category business plans based on detailed analysis of previous results and market trends.
- Travel 50% - 60% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in builder channel management or sales within the manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of experience working with Lighting showrooms and/or Electrical distributors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving sales growth.
- Analytical mentality with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and deliver training and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Power BI, CRM tools, and various other applications.

This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. Preferred locations include Georgia, Florida, Texas, Carolinas, or Arizona.
