About the Role

Koalafi is looking for a National Account Manager - Southeast to manage our portfolio of strategic accounts. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships, serving as the primary relationship owner, and driving growth within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship of a portfolio of existing strategic accounts to build and maintain a strong partnership.
  • Develop direct relationships high and wide within the strategic partners’ team to establish trust and help them grow their business.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators at the portfolio and individual strategic account level.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned national accounts, building trust at the executive and store levels.
  • Lead the contract renewal process end-to-end, including preparation, negotiation, and closure, while maintaining mutually beneficial terms.
  • Design and execute action plans to drive growth and satisfaction within your assigned accounts.
  • Implement strategic sales plans or initiatives to achieve budgeted sales goals with strategic accounts.
  • Influence contacts to position Koalafi as the primary financing solution at their locations.
  • Deliver strategic accounts sales and training presentations virtually and in person.
  • Tailor sales messaging to increase account loyalty and leverage customer relationships to increase Koalafi’s share of dealer business.
  • Maintain consistent contact through monthly performance meetings, live visits, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Visit strategic partner locations when necessary, including corporate contacts and events.
  • Leverage customer feedback, observations, and business reports/data to understand trends and focus on highest priority levers.
  • Demonstrate urgency and tenacity to quickly investigate and resolve customer problems and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, as necessary to ensure a high level of service.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record with engaging and building relationships with C-Suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to confidently present, influence, and drive strategic discussions at the executive level.
  • Experience growing existing customer business.
  • Experience working with business owners in the retail and automotive industry.
  • Requires up to 75% travel.
  • Schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Sales experience in an industry where products are sold at retail in an assisted sale.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA, or BS) from a four-year college or university.

  • Compensation: $81,000 - $110,000

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
