This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined set of mid-market accounts across Taiwan. As the primary point of contact, you will act as a strategic advisor, shaping long-term account plans that align customer objectives with Salesforce’s technology and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption
  • Map customer business challenges to Salesforce capabilities using value-based selling principles
  • Collaborate with product specialists, solutions architects, and sales engineers to design tailored solutions
  • Lead customer engagements through presentations, discovery sessions, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Use tools like Zoom, Google Slides, and digital whiteboarding to communicate value clearly and effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Identify expansion opportunities by analyzing current workflows and future needs

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in quota-driven technology sales with experience in solution-based selling
  • Strong ability to assess customer environments and translate business needs into technology outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Experience building account plans and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Skilled in leveraging sales tools and internal resources to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team-based success

Work Environment

This position is based in Taiwan and requires local engagement with customers and internal teams. The role supports a hybrid model, balancing in-person and remote interactions.
