Salesforce is hiring a Named Account Executive 7 to own the sales strategy and revenue growth for a portfolio of Commercial Business Unit accounts in Argentina. This quota-carrying role focuses on generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the sales strategy for a portfolio of named accounts in Argentina.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, prioritizing and progressing multiple opportunities.
- Deliver compelling value propositions through product demonstrations and consultative selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in the CRM.
- Develop long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the Salesforce product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills across complex sales cycles.
- Full business fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with high energy, team spirit, and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Experience selling into Commercial or Mid-Market segments in Argentina or LATAM.
