Mysten Labs is hiring a Manager of Internal Operations for MyEyeDr. In this critical role, you will support field offices by developing, maintaining, and operationalizing processes, tools, and communication to improve consistency and efficiency. You'll act as a trusted partner to Operations teams, driving scalable solutions and serving as a field advocate across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead strategic operational programs end-to-end, including project planning, communication, execution, and reporting.
Spend time frequently in field offices to identify process gaps and capture team feedback and needs.
Oversee the implementation of updates based on field analysis.
Act as field advocate for processes, metrics, measurements, and tools developed for business management.
Ensure projects have a clearly defined purpose, valuation, and connection to MyEyeDr's Vision and Purpose.
Serve as a cross-functional partner to other departments during the development and implementation of strategic projects.
Ensure cross-functional initiatives can be operationalized in the field.
Increase organizational effectiveness by bringing clarity and strategy to action plans and field partnerships.
Assist with cascading enterprise communication to improve transparency.
Regularly interact with field leadership and senior management on strategy, planning, and operational execution.
Identify unmet company needs and drive best practices and operational improvement initiatives with leadership.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills.
2+ years of retail management experience or experience in a related field.
Ambitious, self-starter able to multi-task and effectively manage and reprioritize work.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without missing key deliverables.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with an ability to think big picture.
Adept at translating information into insights that drive quantifiable business impact.
Ability to build relationships, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams.
High integrity, sound judgment, and personal accountability.
Must be able to travel as needed, up to 50% of the role.
Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection.

Previous MyEyeDr. field or office experience.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position. Role locations are Vienna, VA and Raleigh, NC.
