Samsung Electronics America is hiring an MX Budget Marketing Controlling Coordinator (outsourced) to support the Head of Mx Business Controlling in managing and coordinating the Marketing Budget for the Mobile Experience division. You will be responsible for cost tracking, monitoring, reporting, and acting as a business partner to Sales & Marketing teams to facilitate alignment and support decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the monthly Marketing Budget within established procedures and allowed amounts.
- Support the team in the monthly forecasting and pre-closing processes.
- Analyze and understand monthly financial results.
- Prepare dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and analyze the main Division KPIs.
- Support monitoring the maintenance of internal databases and collaborate to download data by account, model, and distribution channel.
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with Sales & Marketing teams to facilitate business alignment.
- Run regular budget meetings to support local management in decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- A University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in controlling or business analysis roles.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Relational and proactive skills.
