About the Role

The role involves driving sales of multiomics technologies by building relationships with key stakeholders in academic, biotech, and clinical laboratories, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and technical offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the German market
  • Engage with researchers and lab decision-makers to assess scientific needs
  • Present technical and commercial aspects of multiomics platforms
  • Collaborate with field application scientists during customer evaluations
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
  • Coordinate with marketing to tailor regional campaigns
  • Attend scientific conferences and industry events
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams
  • Track sales activities using CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay current with advancements in genomics and proteomics
  • Support tender processes for public and private institutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial policies
  • Facilitate post-sale onboarding and customer success follow-up

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline
  • Prior experience selling sequencing or multiomics solutions
  • Knowledge of diagnostic or regulated environments
  • Existing network in German research institutions
