Movement Labs is seeking Fellows for our 2026 Fellowship, an 8-month cohort-based program designed to provide hands-on experience in progressive electoral and digital organizing. You'll be embedded within a department to contribute directly to our mission while receiving training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

Gain skills and knowledge across the progressive electoral and digital organizing space.
Contribute directly to the mission of stopping the worst of the Trump agenda and helping Democrats get elected up and down the ballot.
Be embedded into one of our departments for the duration of the Fellowship.
Participate in regular huddles and additional trainings as part of the cohort-based professional development program.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree OR four years of professional experience that demonstrates an ability to succeed in our hardworking and complex environment.
Demonstrated interest in progressive politics, campaigns, or organizing, through professional experience, volunteering, or coursework.
Commitment to fulltime work for duration of the Fellowship, including participation in all Fellowship meetings and trainings.
Ability to work full time (30-40 hours a week) from March 30 to Nov 20.
Availability during core working hours 9am-6pm local time in a continental US timezone.
Regular and reliable access to a computer and wifi.
Flexibility, ability to nimbly shift as priorities change, learn quickly, and willingness to do what needs to be done in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment.
