Movement Labs is seeking Fellows for our 2026 Fellowship, an 8-month cohort-based program designed to provide hands-on experience in progressive electoral and digital organizing. You'll be embedded within a department to contribute directly to our mission while receiving training and mentorship.
What You'll Do
- Gain skills and knowledge across the progressive electoral and digital organizing space.
- Contribute directly to the mission of stopping the worst of the Trump agenda and helping Democrats get elected up and down the ballot.
- Be embedded into one of our departments for the duration of the Fellowship.
- Participate in regular huddles and additional trainings as part of the cohort-based professional development program.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree OR four years of professional experience that demonstrates an ability to succeed in our hardworking and complex environment.
- Demonstrated interest in progressive politics, campaigns, or organizing, through professional experience, volunteering, or coursework.
- Commitment to fulltime work for duration of the Fellowship, including participation in all Fellowship meetings and trainings.
- Ability to work full time (30-40 hours a week) from March 30 to Nov 20.
- Availability during core working hours 9am-6pm local time in a continental US timezone.
- Regular and reliable access to a computer and wifi.
- Flexibility, ability to nimbly shift as priorities change, learn quickly, and willingness to do what needs to be done in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment.

Team & Environment
Fellows are embedded within a department for the duration of the Fellowship.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $23/hour, 30-40 hours a week.
- Sick time accrual, paid lunch break, and paid holidays.
- PTO and healthcare benefits available after 90 days.
- Potential for strong Fellows to be offered longer term roles.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote Fellowship.
