About the Role

Join Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as a Move Coordinator, responsible for the outcome of all move processes, customer satisfaction, communication, and cost reconciliation. You will ensure the smooth coordination and execution of small and large office moves and changes for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all new hire onboarding information and reach out to administrators and managers.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss logistics, blocking, and move details.
  • Update the move matrix with customer information and technical requirements.
  • Assess cubicle condition, order missing parts, and arrange ergonomic changes.
  • Receive, compile, and scrub move lists for potential issues.
  • Review furniture layouts and determine locations for files and storage.
  • Deliver boxes, labels, pin-ups, and move instructions.
  • Determine mobile locations and prepare furniture for drop-in stations.
  • Act as liaison between teams and move vendors, communicating desk additions and last-minute updates.
  • Schedule movers, alert security, and provide all names for badging.
  • Schedule disconnects and reconnects of computers, servers, printers, and phones.
  • Operate check-outs and check-ins to ensure clients are correctly placed.
  • Be on-site for all vendors and customers during moves.
  • Review completed moves and make adjustments with vendors.
  • Coordinate vendors for installation of power and data as required.
  • Submit service tickets for cleaning and ensure keys and chairs are at desks.
  • Provide welcome communications with information on new locations and site services.
  • Troubleshoot all lost or misplaced items.
  • Schedule vendors for scrap pickup and recycle or reuse excess furniture.
  • Coordinate pick up of crates and boxes.
  • Update seat assignments for accurate reporting following projects.
  • Handle other projects, special assignments, and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • College degree.

  • Compensation: $54,000.00 – $78,300.00 USD per year.

Work Mode
