About the Role

Medtronic is hiring a Territory Manager for our Endoscopy portfolio. In this role, you will drive sales of our innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract and accelerate their early-stage market adoption in hospitals and clinics across West Denmark.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, meet targets, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Launch new products aligned with business objectives and manage tender processes.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate Endoscopy products, conduct in-service training, and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, prepare reports and forecasts, and execute marketing initiatives in key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related (medical or scientific) discipline.
  • A passion for the healthcare business and a thorough understanding of the national and local healthcare system.
  • Fluent Danish and conversational English language skills.
  • A full, clean driver’s license.

  • Knowledge and experience from the Endoscopy field.
  • An assertive, persistent, and goal-oriented approach.
  • A strong team player mentality with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing, demanding, and highly matrixed business environment.
