Medtronic is hiring a Territory Manager for our Endoscopy portfolio. In this role, you will drive sales of our innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract and accelerate their early-stage market adoption in hospitals and clinics across West Denmark.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, meet targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Launch new products aligned with business objectives and manage tender processes.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Endoscopy products, conduct in-service training, and provide ongoing support.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, prepare reports and forecasts, and execute marketing initiatives in key accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related (medical or scientific) discipline.
- A passion for the healthcare business and a thorough understanding of the national and local healthcare system.
- Fluent Danish and conversational English language skills.
- A full, clean driver’s license.
