Intra-Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate loans on our unique hybrid lending platform. In this fully remote, self-producing role, you will consult with borrowers remotely, choose between bank or broker execution per file for optimal pricing, and manage your own pipeline.

What You'll Do

Originate purchase and refinance loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, and Jumbo products
Consult with borrowers remotely via phone, Zoom, and email
Choose between banked (in-house) or brokered (TPO) execution per file to achieve optimal pricing
Self-generate your leads
Manage your pipeline within a cloud-based Loan Origination System (LOS)
Ensure compliance with all federal, state regulations, and investor guidelines

What We're Looking For

Active NMLS license in one or more of these states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, or Florida
2+ years as a producing Loan Officer with self-sourced business
Proven production: Closed $5 million+ in loan volume in the last 12 months
Remote-ready home office with high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and dual monitors
Tech-savvy and proficient with LOS, CRM, and video conferencing tools
A compliance-first mindset with a clean record and no disciplinary actions
A self-starter who thrives in a W-2 hybrid structure without needing hand-holding

Nice to Have

Multi-state licensing beyond the core states (OH, PA, IN, MI, FL, etc.)
Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, or ITIN loans
An existing referral network with professionals like realtors, builders, or CPAs
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
