Intra-Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate loans on our unique hybrid lending platform. In this fully remote, self-producing role, you will consult with borrowers remotely, choose between bank or broker execution per file for optimal pricing, and manage your own pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Originate purchase and refinance loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, and Jumbo products
- Consult with borrowers remotely via phone, Zoom, and email
- Choose between banked (in-house) or brokered (TPO) execution per file to achieve optimal pricing
- Self-generate your leads
- Manage your pipeline within a cloud-based Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state regulations, and investor guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS license in one or more of these states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, or Florida
- 2+ years as a producing Loan Officer with self-sourced business
- Proven production: Closed $5 million+ in loan volume in the last 12 months
- Remote-ready home office with high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and dual monitors
- Tech-savvy and proficient with LOS, CRM, and video conferencing tools
- A compliance-first mindset with a clean record and no disciplinary actions
- A self-starter who thrives in a W-2 hybrid structure without needing hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Multi-state licensing beyond the core states (OH, PA, IN, MI, FL, etc.)
- Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, or ITIN loans
- An existing referral network with professionals like realtors, builders, or CPAs
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
