This position supports the final phase of residential loan processing by managing documentation, meeting compliance standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate closings.
Responsibilities
- Organize and finalize loan conditions ahead of closing
- Liaise with borrowers, title agents, legal representatives, and lending institutions
- Verify closing disclosures and maintain document integrity
- Ensure adherence to lender-specific and regulatory requirements
- Monitor funding schedules and address potential delays proactively
- Keep digital records well-structured and internal systems up to date
- Assist with post-closing documentation follow-up when necessary
