MMGY Global is hiring an Account Supervisor, PR to join our International Marketing & Communications division. In this management role, you will lead integrated public relations and marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of international destinations and hotel clients. You'll be integral to client relations, team mentorship, and new business development.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of comprehensive client PR programs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing regular strategic counsel.
• Supervise account teams and oversee day-to-day account activities and quality control.
• Provide creative direction, including developing story angles, press materials, and leveraging social media.
• Identify opportunities for cross-agency collaboration and elevate client work.
• Create opportunities to organically grow client relationships and sell additional projects.
• Participate in the new business proposal process and client presentations.
• Establish and maintain high-level media contacts and oversee strategic media pitching.
• Stay abreast of travel, consumer, and social media trends to advise clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level team members.

What We're Looking For

• A BA/BS degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in public relations or a related field.
• Advanced writing and editing skills.
• An established roster of media contacts.
• A good sense of humor and a genuine love for travel.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience working with travel and lifestyle clients.
• Fluent in French, with the ability to apply language skills in a business context.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $78,000 - $80,000.
