Moxie is looking for a Migrations Manager to lead the critical transition of client patient data, records, and workflows into our platform. In this role, you will quarterback client migrations from existing EMR systems, ensuring seamless launches by coordinating timelines, managing internal teams, and guiding providers through the entire process.
What You'll Do
- Own multiple client data and EMR migrations simultaneously, driving projects from kickoff through go-live with on-time, high-quality launches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during migration, setting expectations, leading kickoff calls, defining timelines, and providing proactive updates.
- Build and manage detailed migration project plans, track dependencies and risks, and remove blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data transfer and smooth handoffs.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks related to data quality, timelines, scope, or system constraints and drive resolution.
- Oversee quality assurance of migration outputs to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for launch.
- Improve and scale migration operations by refining documentation, templates, tracking systems, and QA processes.
- Contribute to building a more scalable migration playbook to increase visibility, predictability, and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, onboarding, or client operations.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-step projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Ability to bring structure to complexity, build clear timelines, track dependencies, and create scalable systems.
- Confident communication with clients, able to explain complex topics, set expectations, and handle difficult conversations.
- Effective collaboration without formal authority, coordinating cross-functional teams to hit deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing competing timelines and priorities.
- Comfort working with data and validation processes using spreadsheets and QA workflows.
- Role is based in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or EMR systems strongly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare tech or regulated environments.
- Based in EST or CST time zones.
