About the job The Red Hat services organization seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to join as a Middleware Technical Account Manager. This role involves providing strategic guidance, implementation recommendations, and supportable insights for Red Hat's middleware solution ecosystem. Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are highly skilled professionals who collaborate closely with customers in mission-critical environments. Operating within the services division, TAMs advocate for customers directly with engineering teams, proactively preventing potential incidents and coordinating resolution strategies when challenges emerge. TAM's primary objective is supporting development, deployment, and support teams by ensuring optimal configuration, performance tuning, and effective utilization of Red Hat products. The professional will engage proactively, critically analyzing customer environments and delivering strategic insights that facilitate technology adoption, maintain system supportability, comprehend organizational objectives, and enhance customer loyalty while navigating complex IT infrastructures and business requirements.
