Zoom is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for the Indonesia and Malaysia region from our Jakarta base. You will be responsible for the Mid-Market segment (51–500 employees), combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive growth and adoption. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Channel, and Solutions teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving growth and adoption in the Mid-Market segment.
- Execute go-to-market strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Build relationships with C-level executives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales leadership in a SaaS or UCaaS/CCaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams to exceed sales targets in a complex B2B environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of mid-market customer needs and buying behavior in Southeast Asia.
- Good business acumen.
- Willingness to travel regionally 1–2 weeks per month.
