Inside Sales Account Representatives at Keeper drive business expansion within designated geographical regions or industry verticals. This revenue-generating position reports directly to the Inside Sales Management team. The role involves navigating complex sales cycles while developing profound comprehension of frontline sales strategies and crafting compelling visions that motivate customers to view Keeper as a trusted strategic partner. Responsibilities include: - Flourish in a collaborative yet autonomous work environment with growth potential - Identify potential customers through proactive outreach and lead generation strategies - Manage comprehensive sales processes - Communicate fluently in Japanese and English, both verbally and in written formats - Coordinate weekly sales meeting scheduling with prospective clients - Ensure all customers maintain active Keeper contracts - Continuously develop and expand prospect customer pipelines - Serve as product expertise resource, remaining current on organizational offerings - Engage in skill-enhancement activities like role-playing and call shadowing - Cultivate meaningful relationships with potential customer contacts - Utilize supplementary sales resources for targeted business development - Maintain accurate Salesforce.com documentation of pipeline and account interactions - Support proposal review processes for emerging business opportunities Requirements: - Minimum 3 years software sales experience - Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English with exceptional communication skills - Demonstrated cybersecurity solution sales background - Proven track record selling software to IT organizations - Salesforce platform familiarity - Web-conference demonstration expertise - Consistent history of quota achievement - Positive, collaborative, results-oriented, and methodical approach - Strong deadline and detail consciousness - Comprehensive sales cycle management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Identity access management solution sales experience - Information Security industry knowledge - Superior problem-solving capabilities - Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency - Customer Relationship Management tool experience, particularly Salesforce.com expertise Keeper is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive workplace environment for all employees.
