Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Incorporate Python scripts into automation processes to handle complex logic, data processing, or machine learning functions.
- Connect to external systems using API integrations and custom HTTP requests via REST or SOAP protocols.
- Set up secure remote desktop access and automate tasks within virtual or remote machines.
- Produce automated reports by extracting data from internal business applications.
- Build comprehensive error handling and logging features to ensure process reliability.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical implementations.
- Test, document, and release RPA solutions into live production environments.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including monitoring and iterative improvements.
