About the Role

apply is hiring a Mid-Level RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. You will work within a dynamic and fast-growing banking technology company, integrating Python scripts, executing API calls, and automating actions on remote systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
  • Integrate Python scripts into RPA flows for advanced logic, data manipulation, or machine learning tasks.
  • Utilize API connectors and custom HTTP calls (REST/SOAP) to interact with third-party systems.
  • Configure secure remote desktop connections and automate actions on virtual machines or remote environments.
  • Generate automated reports from various internal applications.
  • Create robust error handling and logging mechanisms for automated processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Test, document, and deploy RPA workflows into production environments.
  • Support post-deployment monitoring and enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
  • Proven ability to embed and run Python scripts from RPA workflows.
  • Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and custom connectors in Power Automate.
  • Understanding of desktop automation, Windows UI automation, and remote session interaction (e.g., RDP, Citrix).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for RPA flows and Python integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), API call execution in Postman, and documentation best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft Graph API, or SharePoint Online integration.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and environment management.
  • Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Basic understanding of security, compliance, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
