A Mid-Level Litigation Attorney is needed to handle a diverse case load involving commercial disputes, contract and business issues, general liability, construction, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims. The attorney will join a collaborative litigation team at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP, a recognized mid-sized law firm with a strong reputation in the legal industry.
What You'll Do
- Handle your own case load of litigation matters
- Manage litigation involving commercial disputes
- Manage litigation involving contract and business disputes
- Manage litigation involving general liability claims
- Manage litigation involving construction disputes
- Manage litigation involving catastrophic injury claims
- Manage litigation involving wrongful death claims
- Represent a diverse range of clients including individuals, businesses, and organizations

- Must be able to handle own case load of litigation matters
