We are seeking Construction Attorneys with a minimum of five years of litigation experience to join our Boise office. This role centers on managing complex construction defense and civil litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Idaho and demonstrate strong legal writing, research, and persuasive speaking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of civil litigation with an emphasis on construction-related disputes
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings
- Develop legal strategies and deliver compelling courtroom arguments
- Work independently with minimal oversight while meeting high professional standards
Qualifications
Applicants must have a solid academic record and proven success in litigation. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, self-direction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Trial experience is highly valued.

Compensation
Associates: $100,000–$150,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000–$200,000; Partners: $190,000–$275,000. Final pay will reflect experience, skills, and location. Additional incentives include subjective and objective bonuses and assistance with student loan repayment.
