Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join its award-winning litigation team. The attorney will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters from inception to resolution and work with individuals, businesses, and organizations while receiving mentorship from experienced partners.
What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of litigation matters involving wrongful death
- Handle a variety of litigation matters involving catastrophic injury
- Handle a variety of litigation matters involving construction
- Handle a variety of litigation matters involving breach of contract/business disputes
- Handle a variety of litigation matters involving tort claims
- Manage every aspect of cases from inception to resolution
- Develop legal strategy
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Manage discovery
- Argue motions in court
- Attend mediations
- Participate in trial
- Work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Collaborate closely with team members
- Be mentored by experienced partners
What We're Looking For
- Must be a skilled Litigation Attorney
- Must be ambitious
- Must be able to manage litigation matters independently from inception to resolution
- Must have experience in handling legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions, attending mediations, and trial
