Digicel, a leader in telecommunications and digital services, is hiring an MFS Commercial Executive to play a key role in expanding our mobile financial services across local markets. In this position, you will manage all commercial and marketing activity within your assigned cluster area to ensure Moncash targets are met and Digicel's services are marketed effectively.
What You'll Do
- Manage cluster area dealer channel management to maximize performance and reach.
- Develop the regional territory by increasing the number of authorized agents to facilitate more transactions.
- Manage the local kiosk channel and track cluster performance, proactively identifying and flagging market issues.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and develop strategies to counteract them.
- Conduct local research, PR, events, and business community engagement to improve Moncash visibility.
- Execute local sponsorships and events, ensuring a clear return on investment.
- Organize training sessions for authorized agents and monitor for fraud, proposing countermeasures.
- Work with the Acquisition Coordinator and Regional Team Leaders to monitor ESRs and develop strategies for remote area coverage.
- Maintain all required weekly or punctual reporting for the Moncash service.
- Identify and flag all local branding opportunities (billboards, partnerships, community projects) to the Agent Channel Manager.
- Manage all commercial aspects of the department, ensuring timely training, proper branding, agent materials, functional POS systems, service availability, and strong relationships with the Master Distributor.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial, channel, or territory management, preferably in telecom, financial services, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance, identify issues, and monitor competitive activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for community integration, agent training, and relationship management.
- Ability to execute marketing plans, events, and sponsorships with a focus on ROI.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field and report punctually.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Agent Channel Manager and collaborate closely with a regional team, including Acquisition Coordinators and Regional Team Leaders, to achieve commercial objectives.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role requiring on-the-ground presence within the assigned cluster area for market development, agent management, and community engagement.
