Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required. You should have experience in software development or systems analysis within manufacturing environments, particularly with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must be comfortable traveling frequently—typically over 50% of the time—and working directly at client sites.
Preferred background includes knowledge of virtualization, networking, communication protocols, and industrial automation platforms such as DCS, PLC, or PAC systems. Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing software and technical certifications (e.g., MESA, ISO) are advantageous.

The organization values diverse perspectives, individuality, and inclusive collaboration. It supports continuous growth, embraces cultural variety, and fosters an environment where problem solvers and innovators thrive.
