What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation, advising on strategies that align technology with business goals
- Diagnose operational challenges and recommend solutions that enhance innovation, speed, and performance
- Design integrated systems to address complex manufacturing challenges, combining technical and business perspectives
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, including change management and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to execute software solutions, from design through on-site deployment
- Contribute to technical execution, including system programming, testing, and integration at client facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience engaging with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and operational pain points
- Background in software engineering, systems analysis, or technical consulting within manufacturing environments
- Strong grasp of programming, databases, system architecture, and integration methods
- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Willingness to travel frequently—minimum 50%—and work directly at customer locations
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with virtualized systems and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and control systems
- Knowledge of platforms such as PharmaSuite, ThingWorx, or FactoryTalk
- Background in automation projects involving PLCs, PACs, or DCS
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., MESA, ISO) are a plus
