As a Staff Consultant, you will serve as an on-site representative for a client's senior project team during a critical SAP implementation phase. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless project execution by bridging remote leadership with local operations, driving deliverables, and maintaining alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior project leads by managing day-to-day project activities and providing reliable administrative and executive assistance on-site.
- Coordinate between on-site and remote teams across the MENA region, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and objectives are consistently met.
- Prepare materials for workshops and meetings, lead sessions, and present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct business and project analysis, transforming discussions into actionable plans, structured insights, and follow-up tasks.
- Track assigned initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure accountability through effective follow-up mechanisms.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and escalation points early, providing timely and clear updates to management.
Qualifications and Experience
You should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementations, SAP projects, or large-scale transformation programs. Prior experience in roles such as project analyst, business analyst, or PMO support is essential.
- Proven expertise in SAP project management and business process analysis, including familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA lifecycles.
- Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience using JIRA, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, PowerBI, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-moving project environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
Preferred Credentials
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMM, or Agile/Scrum are highly valued.
Work Environment
This role is based locally in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, or Tunisia, with regular collaboration across cross-country teams in the MENA region, including the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait. You will work in a dynamic, client-facing environment that emphasizes accountability, clarity, and delivery excellence.
