Mercy Corps is looking for a Senior Project Manager to optimize operations by aligning people and processes to support the Marketing Department’s strategic goals. You will ensure efficient workflows, manage the Wrike platform, and work across teams to drive fundraising and campaign success.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with leadership and channel managers to oversee the implementation of Marketing's annual plan.
- Partner with Marketing leaders to plan and manage key cross-team initiatives and campaigns to support revenue goals.
- Manage cross-channel campaigns, including strategy development, targeting, and close-out documentation.
- Prioritize and organize projects and resources to achieve objectives and contribute to marketing strategy.
- Oversee project management processes and RACIs within the Marketing team.
- Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Wrike usage and team interaction.
- Support emergency response activations by organizing assets, convening calls, and ensuring team alignment.
- Develop processes to optimize platform governance and maintenance.
- Implement Wrike solutions that align with organizational strategy and fundraising goals.
- Serve as project manager for strategic projects and key campaigns across Marketing, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and excellent execution.
- Actively learn about and integrate safeguarding into your work, including risk identification and mitigation.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in a large, fast-paced marketing and fundraising team.
- Familiarity with different project management methodologies including agile and waterfall.
- Experience managing complex cross-team projects, including budgets and timelines.
- Strong desire to help others, remove blockers, and improve efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- A natural problem solver who thrives in an evolving environment.
- Experience managing creative, fundraising, and brand marketing processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong personal organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience convening working groups from multiple disciplines and leading them to project success.
- Working knowledge of multiple creative and fundraising disciplines as well as brand strategy, design, and content creation.
Nice to Have
- System administration experience with Wrike, or a similar project management platform.
