LifeStance Health is hiring a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to clients. We are looking for qualified candidates with a LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license who are passionate about making a difference. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, providing remote therapy services while being based in our Edmonds, WA area.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, evidence-based therapy services to clients remotely.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate within a care team to ensure coordinated client support.
What We're Looking For
- Active, independent license as a LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in Washington State.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote care delivery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
