NOCD was looking for a Mental Health Therapist (Full-time, Remote)

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals living with OCD using a secure, dedicated video platform. Your primary focus will be providing accurate assessments, ongoing treatment, and compassionate support to help members achieve lasting progress. You’ll carry a structured caseload and use an integrated electronic health record system to maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver diagnosis-informed, evidence-supported therapy tailored to the needs of people with OCD
  • Manage scheduling and patient appointments independently
  • Engage in regular clinical consultation and performance reviews to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with a network of clinicians to refine treatment approaches and share insights
  • Participate in ongoing training to deepen expertise in OCD-specific interventions, including ERP
  • Contribute to a mission-driven environment by prioritizing member outcomes and clinical excellence

You’ll receive 1:1 mentorship to navigate complex cases and grow your clinical confidence. A dedicated intake team handles patient onboarding, allowing you to focus solely on therapy.
