About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of digital learning materials from creation to archiving
- Ensure content is properly formatted and uploaded to the learning platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to course access and functionality
- Collaborate with instructional designers to maintain content standards
- Monitor system performance and report bugs or inconsistencies
- Support user access and permissions within the learning management system
- Maintain accurate records of training content versions and updates
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to verify content accuracy
- Assist in the development of training workflows and documentation
- Facilitate content reviews and approval processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Track and report on content usage and completion metrics
- Optimize asset organization for efficient retrieval and updates
- Support integration of multimedia elements into learning modules
- Provide technical guidance during course development phases
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries about content
- Maintain consistency in branding and instructional design across assets
- Assist in onboarding new team members to content systems
- Participate in testing updates and new platform features
- Coordinate localization efforts for multilingual content
- Ensure accessibility standards are met for all learning materials
- Manage metadata tagging for content discoverability
- Support audit readiness for training compliance documentation
- Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning delivery processes
