GenePlanet is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team in Nicosia, Cyprus. In this role, you will build and grow our network of sales partners, including clinics, doctors, and medical laboratories, to drive the company's business forward.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow a sales network of partner medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet's genetic testing products.
- Implement product promotional activities.
- Conduct trainings and educational activities for external partners to ensure a strong understanding of our products and services, especially in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology.
- Execute Annual Plans against defined targets and activities in your area of responsibility.
- Actively cooperate with the sales and marketing team from HQ.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Extensive travel and fieldwork to engage with medical professionals and partners across various locations.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for sales and understanding the importance of achieving goals, including closing deals.
- At least 2 years of experience working with doctors, with a main focus on gynecologists.
- Strong task and result-orientation coupled with teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent selling, networking, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong business relationships.
- Ability to act independently when engaging with key market stakeholders.
- High-level proficiency in English.
- A valid driving licence.
- Active knowledge and use of MS Office tools.
Nice to Have
- Medical background and/or working experience in gynecology & obstetrics.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in the private healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in any additional language.
