Join a forward-thinking team shaping the future of genetic healthcare in Bulgaria. We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to lead field sales efforts in Sofia and surrounding regions. In this role, you will actively develop relationships with medical centers, gynecologists, oncologists, and laboratories to promote and sell innovative genetic testing services, including non-invasive prenatal testing and cancer screening solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand and manage a network of medical partners, focusing on clinics, private practices, and diagnostic laboratories
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions to healthcare providers in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology
  • Drive sales performance by executing annual plans and meeting defined targets
  • Collaborate with headquarters on marketing initiatives and growth strategies
  • Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of competitive developments
  • Travel frequently to meet professionals across various locations in Bulgaria

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, with at least two years of experience engaging directly with physicians—especially gynecologists
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license and readiness for regular fieldwork

Preferred Background

  • Medical or life sciences education or prior experience in gynecology and obstetrics
  • Familiarity with the private healthcare sector in Bulgaria
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
