What You'll Do
Drive the expansion of a network of medical partners, including clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and laboratories, by promoting and selling advanced genetic testing services such as non-invasive prenatal testing and cancer screening. You will be responsible for executing annual sales plans aligned with defined targets and delivering consistent field performance.
Organize and lead training sessions and educational initiatives for healthcare providers to deepen their understanding of genetic solutions in gynecology, obstetrics, IVF, and oncology. Support marketing efforts through on-the-ground promotion and maintain close coordination with the central sales and marketing team.
Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. This role requires regular travel across assigned regions to maintain strong, active relationships with medical professionals.
Requirements
- Proven sales drive with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Minimum of two years of experience engaging directly with physicians, particularly gynecologists
- Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English, with high proficiency in written and spoken usage
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
- Proficient in MS Office applications
