Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Medical Sales Representative focused on the Animal Health & Life Science sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and building lasting client relationships to drive significant business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales plans, strategies, objectives, and procedures aligned with broader corporate goals.
- Implement and execute on strategic sales initiatives.
- Work directly with Medline Sales Managers to promote sales goals.
- Monitor, distribute, and analyze monthly and specialized reports on contracts, programs, and focus areas.
- Track sales performance against objectives and report results to management.
- Collaborate with key sales personnel to launch new accounts and manage accounts under threat.
- Educate stakeholders on activity and success; manage and nurture client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales tools and programs.
- Build client relationships and close new business.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales OR at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
- A track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A stable work history.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to drive a car, travel in it 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on-site.
