Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Medical Sales Rep for our Ambulatory Surgery Sales Team. In this field sales role, you will be responsible for selling surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, and other disposables to a primary customer base including Outpatient Surgery Centers, Pain Clinics, Endoscopy Labs, and Cosmetic facilities within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Call on ambulatory surgery centers within your assigned territory.
- Sell surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, surgical gloves, infection prevention, endoscopy kits, IV fluid management, drapes and gowns, surgical hand antiseptic, and other disposables.
- Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers.
- Establish, nurture, and develop strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Maintain existing business and present new products.
- Prepare bids and price quotes.
- Perform regular cold calling.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating the same background.
- A track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
