Medline Industries, LP is hiring a Medical Sales Rep for our Ambulatory Surgery Sales Team. In this field sales role, you will be responsible for selling surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, and other disposables to a primary customer base including Outpatient Surgery Centers, Pain Clinics, Endoscopy Labs, and Cosmetic facilities within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

Call on ambulatory surgery centers within your assigned territory.
Sell surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, surgical gloves, infection prevention, endoscopy kits, IV fluid management, drapes and gowns, surgical hand antiseptic, and other disposables.
Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers.
Establish, nurture, and develop strong relationships with key decision makers.
Maintain existing business and present new products.
Prepare bids and price quotes.
Perform regular cold calling.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating the same background.
A track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
Ability to present multiple product lines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
