Job Title: Medical Representative - Romania, Bucharest

Role Overview: The Medical Representative will promote CSL Vifor's pharmaceutical products in the Bucharest, Dâmbovița, and Călărași districts. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), organizing medical events, and achieving defined sales targets. You will build long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital teams, ensuring all activities comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Arrange and conduct visits with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams - Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals in hospitals and retail settings - Organize medical conferences and educational events - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and promotion targets - Ensure full coverage of the assigned territory and target specialties - Report adverse reactions related to company products promptly - Complete required activity reports and submit management requests on time - Adhere to internal rules, ethical guidelines, and compliance protocols - Safeguard company documents and information
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital business - 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience in cardiology, nephrology, anesthesiology, gastroenterology, and surgery - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines - Valid driver's license - Strong spoken and written English skills
Preferred Qualifications: - University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy - Certifications in selling, negotiation, or communication skills
Work Mode: Local position covering Bucharest, Dâmbovița, and Călărași districts.
