EMD Serono is looking for a Medical Representative to drive our Cardiovascular, Metabolism, and Endocrinology portfolio. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and connecting with healthcare professionals to advance patient care.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement regional sales plans, including hospital sales targets and expense budgets.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clinicians and academic leaders.
- Plan and execute daily visits to meet company effectiveness requirements.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities, including GSA events.
- Monitor pharmacy department supply and assist with distributor and medical insurance catalog processes.
- Execute sales strategies, provide market feedback, and report on competitor activity.
- Master product knowledge and sales skills, applying them in daily customer interactions.
- Submit accurate reports on time and actively participate in company training and meetings.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or a related field.
- Proficiency in product knowledge and understanding of relevant medical concepts.
- Strong market analysis, business planning, and business implementation skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in related pharmaceutical or medical fields.
- RDPAC certification.
