Visual Ventures is looking for a Medical Representative to be responsible for sales activities and relationship management within a fixed territory in China. You will drive regional business development through systematic client engagement and performance tracking.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily client visits, ensuring at least 4.5 days per week and 12 effective face-to-face visits per day, with appropriate coverage and frequency for A and B level clients.
- Perform VIP visits at least once per month to key hospital personnel (e.g., Dean, Pharmacy Director, Pharmacy Committee members, key discipline leaders) within your territory to secure maximum support.
- Organize at least one product presentation meeting per week to expand doctors' understanding of the products.
- Plan for your fixed territory at the start of each month based on company targets and track progress weekly to achieve goals.
- Manage your territory by rationally planning hospital coverage, regularly updating client department information, and expanding regional business through intensive cultivation.
- Manage finances by submitting pre-applications for market activity expenses based on budget and market conditions, spending only after approval, and submitting expense reports within 3 weeks.
- Develop product development plans, especially for new products, at the beginning of each month based on market strategies and specific regional conditions.
- Present product knowledge during weekly meetings and undergo regular exams, with results used as a basis for performance evaluation.
- Effectively apply learned business skills in the field to improve the efficiency of your visits.
- Ensure 8 hours of effective visit work per day within your territory and maintain phone availability from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for company and client contact.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in China. The position is remote within the assigned territory.
