Henry Schein One LLC is seeking a Medical Field Sales Summer Intern in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will serve as the face of the organization, introducing our offerings to medical practices, promoting educational courses, and gathering critical account data to support our field sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct face-to-face calls on 15-20 medical offices per day to discuss Henry Schein's technology offerings.
- Gather data for Salesforce Medical profiles and encourage meetings with Field Sales Consultants.
- Attend all training classes and events as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Co-travel with current Field Sales Consultants and Specialists.
- Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies using company programs to increase market share.
- Maintain timely communication with the Regional Sales Manager and participate in sales meetings.
- Develop and manage a specific target list of prospects.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Studies must include at least 1 semester sales course (4 credit hours).
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.
- Strong customer interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and befriend cold call prospects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for sales.
Nice to Have
- Former sales experience.
- Preferably working toward a sales degree; marketing or business majors with a sales emphasis are also accepted.
