Located at 2 Corporation Way in Peabody, MA, our facility features 26 examination rooms offering Primary Care, Specialized Medical Services (OBGYN, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Nutrition, Urology, Gastrointestinal), Diagnostic Testing, and on-site Laboratory Services. We are currently recruiting a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to support our operational framework, with practice hours spanning Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Summary:
This critical role serves as a pivotal care team member responsible for executing leadership and operational oversight of clinical functions and Medical Assistant personnel under the Practice Manager's guidance. Beyond standard medical assistant responsibilities, the position embodies a leadership role, acting as a professional resource, facilitating inter-departmental communication, coordinating clinical initiatives, and addressing operational challenges to enhance systemic efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent required
Credentials: Certified Medical Assistant mandatory
Experience: 3-5 years medical assistant background
