Full-time 40 hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
2 hybrid days after 90 days
Required:
• EPIC experience required or any EMR systems
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience working in an academic healthcare environment preferred
Job Summary
You'll be responsible for managing small-medium single-site practices or smaller multi-site practices (3 or more locations). As a key member of the leadership team, you'll provide direct supervision of administrative and clinical support staff while handling critical operational duties.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative performance of secretarial and clinical support staff
- Managing staff schedules and evaluating daily staffing needs
- Coordinating staff replacements
- Performing hiring, orientation, and staff evaluations
- Administering corrective actions when necessary
- Supporting employee career development through coaching and training
- Ensuring mandatory training completion and HIPAA policy adherence
- Developing administrative systems to maximize practice operations
- Analyzing practice performance metrics
- Collaborating on annual budget preparation
- Managing departmental payroll and resolving related issues
- Monitoring patient billing for revenue procedure compliance

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field required
Experience:
• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• 2-3 years experience in academic healthcare environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Office Suite proficiency
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
- Excellent time management
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Accounting principles knowledge
- Flexibility with changing priorities and deadlines
