M&M Fishing is hiring a Media Buyer to take full performance responsibility for scaling our paid social campaigns. You will work directly with the Founder and Creative Team to find new winning ads and drive growth across TikTok and Meta.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily advertising on TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms
- Plan budgets, scale successful campaigns, and manage retargeting strategies
- Run split-tests, hook-tests, and audience tests to optimize performance
- Report on and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and key performance indicators
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to align on ad concepts and performance
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Paid Ads in E-Commerce, specifically on TikTok
- A data-driven mindset focused on KPIs and ROAS
- A structured work approach and ability to take full self-responsibility
- Fluent English communication skills and a performance-oriented mindset

You will work directly with the Founder and the Creative Team, reporting directly to the Founder.
