Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Media Buyer (Part-Time) to support a digital marketing agency specializing in legal marketing. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. This part-time role starts at 20 hours per week with the goal of transitioning to full-time within 3 months based on performance, and is open to candidates across Latin America.

What You'll Do

• Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
• Write and refine ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and creative strategies.
• Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing to drive performance.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Maintain campaign documentation and reporting using project management tools like ClickUp or Notion.
• Stay current on trends and platform updates to continuously improve strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in copywriting and creative strategy development.
• Strong skills in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or similar PM tools.
• Legal marketing or previous experience working with law firms is a MUST.
• Based in Latin America and available to work in Eastern Time (EST) hours.
