For You Advertising is hiring a Media Buyer to maximize return on ad spend for our diverse portfolio of e-commerce clients. You will own the full client journey from onboarding to scaling, using data-driven strategies across paid social platforms to fuel client growth.
What You'll Do
- Execute paid media strategies to ensure success for clients within your dedicated POD.
- Audit ad accounts and leverage collected data to inform overall strategy.
- Collaborate with the Growth Strategist to develop paid social plans aligned with client objectives.
- Use ad account and Triple Whale data to inform daily optimizations and account changes.
- Effectively test creative assets developed both internally and externally.
- Report to the Growth Strategist on key learnings, bottlenecks, and future account direction.
- Ensure all actions within an ad account are centered on defined objectives and KPIs.
- Communicate performance through discussions with the Growth Strategist and via weekly/monthly client reports.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta.
- A commitment to staying current with paid social trends and applying insights for clients.
- A solid understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using ad account data to inform daily optimizations and changes.
- High organizational skills with the ability to maintain thorough ad account hygiene through structure and naming conventions.
- At least two years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
- A strong understanding of Shopify and the DTC e-commerce landscape.
- Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Prior agency experience or experience working within a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
