About the Role

McFadyen Digital is hiring a Sales Director to lead sales for our eCommerce and Marketplace professional services. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying new business, building pipeline, and closing deals through direct sales and channel partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Generate profitable revenue for the company by selling professional services like advisory, digital marketing, and platform implementation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build pipelines, prioritize pursuits, and lead the sales process from qualification to close.
  • Develop strong channel relationships and co-sell with partner field reps on joint sales pursuits.
  • Work with an inside sales business development team to gain traction in your territory.
  • Support marketing efforts to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
  • Create, commit to, and execute a go-to-market sales plan for your assigned territory.
  • Achieve or exceed your sales quota.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and track status reports.
  • Adhere to sales processes and document all progress in the CRM.
  • Keep current with sales best practices and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent selling, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to an audience's needs.
  • Experience with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, IBM WebSphere Commerce, Mirakl, or ChannelAdvisor.
  • Knowledge of related technologies such as PIM, CPQ, CMS, Search, Headless, BI Platforms, ERP, and OMS.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with a focus on execution.
  • Experience launching new sales initiatives or practices.
  • Knowledge of B2B eCommerce trends, including product catalogs, configurators, and omnichannel commerce.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US, Brazil, and India.
