GE HealthCare is hiring a Maternal Infant Care Product Sales Specialist to win business for critical healthcare products within a medium-sized sales territory. You will work with a degree of autonomy, applying your expertise to drive sales growth for our maternal infant care portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Sell and support GE maternal infant care products, including fetal monitors, warmers, incubators, and supporting equipment.
- Provide post-sale customer support to ensure continued business success and growth.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of your territory, product lines, markets, and customer groups to execute sales strategy.
- Leverage understanding of best practices, competitive landscape, and market differentiation factors.
- Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for day-to-day problems related to projects, products, or customers.
- Prioritize information for decision-making using technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small, low-risk projects.
- Explain information clearly, build team consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree & 5 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree and graduation from the GE HealthCare CLP program.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information verbally and in writing to decision makers.
- Must live within the sales territory and be willing to travel within it.
Nice to Have
- At least 5 years of capital sales experience and knowledge of the capital budget process.
- Prior sales experience within hospitals, ideally in Labor and Delivery units and NICU.
- Experience working with clinical and biomedical stakeholders.
