Royal IHC is looking for a Master Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and analyze master data within our ERP landscape, with a strong focus on IFS Applications. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent, enabling reliable reporting and efficient project execution. You will be part of an international team collaborating with colleagues in Dubai, Singapore, South Africa, Brazil, and the UK.

What You'll Do

Process incoming master data requests following established procedures
Communicate with internal departments about the status and completion of data requests
Create, modify, and delete master data in the ERP system
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems
Generate reports and perform data analyses to support business decisions
Support internal stakeholders with data-related questions
Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in data administration, master data management, or working with ERP systems
Experience with ERP systems
Basic knowledge of SQL or similar data-querying tools
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
A structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style

Nice to Have

IFS Applications experience is a strong advantage
A background in business administration, data, IT, finance, or supply chain is considered a good fit
