This remote role serves as a central hub for managing data, coordinating client outreach, and facilitating smooth communication, focusing on maintaining high standards for accuracy and responsiveness.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine audits of referral databases to ensure information accuracy and currency
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify new campaign opportunities and strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff inquiries, ensuring proper handling and routing of requests
- Coordinate client appreciation initiatives by managing contact data and overseeing personalized mailer fulfillment
- Facilitate financial workflows by managing invoice submissions and billing support processes
