Inspiration Commerce Group is hiring a Marketing Manager - VIP Shoppers for Italist. You will be responsible for growing the size and profitability of our segment of ultra high net-worth individuals who spend >$50k annually. Your focus will be on leading marketing initiatives to attract, re-engage, and convert these VIP shoppers.
What You'll Do
- Lead online marketing programs (SEM, email/SMS, social media outreach) to attract, re-engage, and convert VIP shoppers.
- Run Creator/Influencer partnerships and B2B partnerships with celebrity stylists to build outreach and campaigns.
- Analyze database to identify early indicators of potential VIP Shoppers and engage them to grow their spend.
- Track ROI/ROAS of all campaigns to ensure incremental value and profit.
- Curate in-person events for VIP Shoppers (dinners, exclusive shopping events, early-access).
- Oversee Personal Shopper program, working directly with VIP Shoppers on outfits, brand discovery, and wardrobe updates.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion and experience in designer/luxury or marketing to UHNWIs in a B2C setting.
- Strong marketing generalist with experience running performance and brand campaigns online and offline.
- Ownership mentality and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in English.
