What You'll Do
Take ownership of marketing efforts for the DACH region, focusing on planning and executing event-based campaigns at trade shows, conferences, and industry fairs. Manage every stage—from branding and lead collection to follow-up activities that convert interest into engagement.
Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns, including surveys and in-depth reports such as cybersecurity or incident response studies. These materials will serve both customer outreach and external market positioning.
Conduct local market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Run digital advertising initiatives on LinkedIn and Google, aligned with global strategy, to generate qualified leads in the DACH market. Monitor performance and optimize based on results.
Own the integrity of customer data across systems—define quality standards, implement enrichment processes, establish KPIs, and deliver regular reporting to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member countries
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Possess several years of marketing experience, particularly in inbound strategies
- Demonstrate understanding of cybersecurity consulting and services
- Show a strong commitment to accurate, clean, and actionable data
- Communicate fluently in both German and English, verbally and in writing
- Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-moving environment
- Have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
- Be proficient with email marketing tools and digital campaign execution
